About the role

  • Associate Account Manager driving sales and revenue growth for LSEG’s strategic accounts in a global financial infrastructure company. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and assisting in account management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Help structure, negotiate, and close deals
  • Proactively identify pipeline opportunities and drive positive sales and revenue growth in assigned territory by analyzing market reports
  • Proactively identify any potential threats to the current book of business and drive retention
  • Utilize senior staff for learning and guidance
  • Ensure overall health and efficiency of account relationship
  • Assist the Account Manager with Salesforce updates and hygiene
  • Liaising with customer success manager to have a full view of adds and deletes across all desktop products
  • Preparing usage reports and analysis that assist the account team with contract renewals conversation
  • Driving specific sales / retention campaigns as requested by the different business owners
  • Gathering information / creating presentations for specific Account Meetings

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in a financial services, sales, or relationship management role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize different projects and stay on schedule
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Be able to share new ideas and way of thinking
  • Team and collaborations skills
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce (CRM)
