Responsibilities
Help structure, negotiate, and close deals
Proactively identify pipeline opportunities and drive positive sales and revenue growth in assigned territory by analyzing market reports
Proactively identify any potential threats to the current book of business and drive retention
Utilize senior staff for learning and guidance
Ensure overall health and efficiency of account relationship
Assist the Account Manager with Salesforce updates and hygiene
Liaising with customer success manager to have a full view of adds and deletes across all desktop products
Preparing usage reports and analysis that assist the account team with contract renewals conversation
Driving specific sales / retention campaigns as requested by the different business owners
Gathering information / creating presentations for specific Account Meetings
Requirements
1-3+ years in a financial services, sales, or relationship management role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize different projects and stay on schedule
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Be able to share new ideas and way of thinking
Team and collaborations skills
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce (CRM)
