Responsibilities
Follow up all leads assigned to you within agreed timescales
Weekly Outbound prospecting activities
Proactively work on networking to develop self-generated leads
Manage your own pipeline to meet your sales targets
Maintain comprehensive records on the company’s CRM system
Ensure awareness of marketing activities
Produce accurate proposals in line with requirements
Support other team members as needed
Work effectively with colleagues to meet client KPIs
Requirements
Demonstrable track record of selling products and/or services in a comparable role in a B2B or B2C environment
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and pipeline development
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Czech
Demonstrable experience in managing quotations, bids and proposals
Good oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of standard IT programmes, Salesforce and proprietory software for business processes.
