About the role

  • Inside Sales Executive responsible for converting marketing leads into sales opportunities. Collaborating with colleagues and managing a pipeline to achieve sales targets in a dynamic assurance provider role.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up all leads assigned to you within agreed timescales
  • Weekly Outbound prospecting activities
  • Proactively work on networking to develop self-generated leads
  • Manage your own pipeline to meet your sales targets
  • Maintain comprehensive records on the company’s CRM system
  • Ensure awareness of marketing activities
  • Produce accurate proposals in line with requirements
  • Support other team members as needed
  • Work effectively with colleagues to meet client KPIs

Requirements

  • Demonstrable track record of selling products and/or services in a comparable role in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and pipeline development
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Czech
  • Demonstrable experience in managing quotations, bids and proposals
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of standard IT programmes, Salesforce and proprietory software for business processes.
