Responsibilities
Talent Management: Create a culture of growth, ensuring that relationship deepening is being properly executed and that business objectives are being met.
Conduct regular one on ones with advisors to discuss career development, goal setting, and setting appropriate expectations.
Sales Performance: Conduct coaching sessions and trainings not only to help advisors expand their knowledge and meet their sales goals.
Business Management: Review advisor productivity, SLA, and progress towards the businesses goals.
Workforce Management: Supervise the investment and relationship deepening process, and ensure coordination and adherence to policies and procedures.
Client Management: Handle all manager callbacks and client escalations in a timely manner.
Requirements
FINRA Series 7 and 66
FINRA Series 9/10 is a plus, expected to obtain within first 6 months of hire
2+ years of previous management experience
2+ years of investment and advisory experience
Ability to work onsite in our Austin, Tempe, or Fort Mill office is required
