About the role

  • Sales Manager overseeing financial advisors and driving sales performance for LPL Financial. Responsible for talent management, business management, and client escalations in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Management: Create a culture of growth, ensuring that relationship deepening is being properly executed and that business objectives are being met.
  • Conduct regular one on ones with advisors to discuss career development, goal setting, and setting appropriate expectations.
  • Sales Performance: Conduct coaching sessions and trainings not only to help advisors expand their knowledge and meet their sales goals.
  • Business Management: Review advisor productivity, SLA, and progress towards the businesses goals.
  • Workforce Management: Supervise the investment and relationship deepening process, and ensure coordination and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Client Management: Handle all manager callbacks and client escalations in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 and 66
  • FINRA Series 9/10 is a plus, expected to obtain within first 6 months of hire
  • 2+ years of previous management experience
  • 2+ years of investment and advisory experience
  • Ability to work onsite in our Austin, Tempe, or Fort Mill office is required
