About the role

  • Social Media Manager focusing on TikTok to drive engagement and awareness for Lovehoney Group. Collaborating with creative teams to produce compelling content aligned with brand messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of our organic social channels, with a primary focus on TikTok and secondary focus on Instagram.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging social content, including short-form video, Reels, carousels, and stories.
  • Independently film, edit, and post reactive and planned content, confidently appearing on camera where appropriate.
  • Write on-brand captions and schedule content informed by performance data and platform best practices.
  • Support product launches, brand campaigns, partnerships, and evergreen storytelling across social channels.
  • Pitch bold, social-first ideas and explore new formats that push creative boundaries.
  • Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
  • Actively engage with the community through comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic way.
  • Track and analyse channel performance, sharing clear insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a social media role, either agency-side or in-house.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including content formats, trends, and algorithms.
  • Solid experience using social analytics to inform content and strategy decisions.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • A passion for content marketing and finding creative, unexpected ways to tell brand stories organically.
  • Native or fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, nationally or internationally, as required.
