Responsibilities

  • Lead and nurture relationships with care operators on marketplace platform.
  • Drive client retention, deliver against revenue targets, and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Support clients via phone and email, acting as primary point of contact.
  • Analyze and share data on enquiry volume, conversion rates, and occupancy trends.
  • Become an expert on Lottie's marketplace platform to maximize visibility for clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer success or account management role.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and hitting revenue targets.
  • Experience onboarding new clients and setting them up for long-term success.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders via data-led analysis.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Great collaboration skills, enjoying working with various departments.
  • Proactive mindset and high attention to detail.
