About the role

  • Marketing Campaigns Executive overseeing execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns for Loop1, focusing on lead generation in APJ region.

Responsibilities

  • Execute prioritized marketing campaigns aligned to APJ objectives and Marketing Campaigns Team Lead guidance
  • Take operational ownership of assigned campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Build, manage, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns in HubSpot, including email workflows, social posts, segmentation, automations, and reporting
  • Contribute to campaign planning, content development, audience targeting, and calendar coordination
  • Maintain up‑to‑date campaign documentation aligned with brand, messaging, and internal process standards
  • Track campaign results using HubSpot dashboards and supporting analytics tools
  • Report insights to relevant stakeholders and recommend data‑driven improvements
  • Assist with planning and execution of webinars and regional events, including promotions, logistics, registration processes, and post‑event follow‑up
  • Ensure consistent execution of marketing processes, templates, and HubSpot best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS environments
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams
  • Familiarity with KPIs, campaign analytics, and performance measurement.
