Responsibilities

  • Design and execute guest or consumer research to support key initiatives
  • Lead the design, execution, and measurement of advertising campaigns across all media channels
  • Identify appropriate research methods, data sources, and vendors to execute work
  • Build Enterprise-wide empathy and understanding of consumers
  • Collaborate with internal partners and deliver insights and strategic recommendations

Requirements

  • 8+ years of consumer insights or market research
  • Experience with marketing measurement solutions including campaign tracking and brand lift studies
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives around data
  • Evaluating potential risks based on data-driven insights
  • Ability to define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources into clear narratives
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage external vendors and ensure project quality
