Responsibilities
Provides exceptional candidate and client experience, throughout the full lifecycle recruiting process.
Proactively consults with the business to identify market trends, talent needs, workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
Builds strong working relationships with business leaders, vendors, community organizations, HR partners, and other team members.
Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Serves as a Logix Brand Ambassador; provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates.
Assesses job fit, knowledge, skills, abilities and motivation.
Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers.
Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates.
Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related discipline preferred.
6 plus years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the financial services industry.
Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance recruitment environment.
Proven capability to attract passive candidates.
Hands on experience with using applicant tracking systems.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
