About the role

  • Channel Manager leading TikTok Shop and live streaming strategy in Europe at Logitech. Collaborating with teams and agencies to drive growth in engagement and sales across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and implementation of a winning go to market (GTM) strategy for TikTok Shop for Europe, and Live streaming platforms
  • Develop and manage TikTok Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with TikTok Europe teams and agencies
  • Lead integrated marketing initiatives by harnessing TikTok’s full-funnel capabilities
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams: Regional / Local Marketing and Commercial teams
  • Implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies incorporating pricing, product portfolios, logistics model, content creators, advertising, and analytics
  • Align with Regional & Global financial models for social commerce and live-streaming initiatives
  • Manage EU social commerce agencies, ensuring alignment with Logitech’s strategic goals
  • Support the expansion of TikTok Shop into new markets in Europe

Requirements

  • >5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media or eCommerce
  • Proactive, energetic, self-starter with hands-on approach to the business and results oriented
  • Skilled at navigating change in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Extensive knowledge in social commerce platforms with strong understanding of the algorithms, features, best practices and evolving trends
  • Proven ability to translate platform mechanics into actionable, ROI-driven strategies
  • Track record of crafting and executing innovative business strategies to unlock sales growth in digital commerce or social commerce channels
  • Demonstrated expertise in identifying growth opportunities, developing compelling business cases, designing impactful marketing campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to craft strategies aligned with overarching business objectives
