About the role

  • Integrate NPI performance into the Rhythm of Business with clear KPIs, dashboards, forecasting cycles, and review cadences.
  • Own NPI performance reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly), ensuring insights are actionable, concise, and linked to commercial decisions.
  • Lead weekly sell-out analytics, track performance vs. plan, highlight drivers of variance, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain and improve forecast accuracy for NPIs by aligning demand plans with Category, Channel, and Country teams.
  • Ensure all markets have data-backed business cases and launch assumptions before introduction.
  • Develop standardized reporting templates and scorecards for market execution excellence.
  • Define and manage GTM launch milestones, ensuring alignment between category plans and in-market execution timelines.
  • Partner with the Global Commercial Operations (GCO) team to optimize data flows, reporting automation, and dashboard enhancements.
  • Facilitate cross-country benchmarking, translating insights and best practices into replicable playbooks.
  • Support performance dialogues with countries, enabling fact-based discussions and structured improvement plans.
  • Lead phase-in / phase-out decision support, supported by clear run-out analysis, price positioning, and margin impact.
  • Conduct market visits to validate data with reality — ensuring execution excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Build organizational capability in data-driven decision-making, NPI forecasting discipline, and performance accountability​

Requirements

  • Strong educational background with a bachelor/master in business science, econometrics, marketing or other relevant area
  • Industry experience in consumer electronics / accessories or similarly fast-moving categories.
  • Strong experience in commercial forecasting, performance management, business analytics, and reporting workflows.
  • Ability to work confidently with data models, dashboards, and large datasets; proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, and working knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau / Power BI / Looker / Anaplan preferred).
  • Ability to translate data into clear, compelling commercial insights and decisions, not just reports.
  • Strong understanding of revenue drivers (pricing, mix, attach, channel strategy) and margin mechanics.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization, aligning global and country stakeholders.
  • Skilled at simplifying and standardizing processes across diverse teams and markets.
  • Strong communicator and influencer, capable of driving alignment and accountability.
  • Resilient, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating at speed.
