About the role

  • Sales Executive responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth in logistics. Engaging in negotiation strategies and implementing customer management models.

Responsibilities

  • Own the forecast for your portfolio, ensuring accuracy of projections;
  • Develop and implement client and portfolio management models;
  • Act as a knowledge multiplier and contribute actively to the team;
  • Manage the client portfolio, monitoring and driving performance;
  • Perform periodic analyses and ensure portfolio health by properly logging activities in Pipedrive;
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospects;
  • Monitor achievement of targets and performance indicators;
  • Conduct negotiations with clients, demonstrating ownership and initiative in internal processes as well.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Intermediate English (desired);
  • Ability to identify and analyze negotiation opportunities, with a focus on meeting targets;
  • Analytical reasoning and strategic vision;
  • Sales skills aimed at maximizing results in company–client relationships;
  • Curious, proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented profile;
  • Adaptability to change and openness to continuous learning;
  • Self-managing / able to work autonomously.
