About the role
- Billing Manager ensuring smooth billing operations at Lodgify, a vacation rental management platform. Leading the billing team and collaborating with commercial teams for financial integrity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Billing team, fostering accountability, efficiency, and analytical thinking.
- Keep billing running smoothly, accurately, and on time, while streamlining processes to make them easier and more efficient.
- Manage all recurring and project-based billing in Chargebee and NetSuite, and improve workflows wherever possible.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Support, and Finance teams to launch new products and campaigns seamlessly.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local tax/billing regulations in the US and Europe.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in billing, finance, or a related field.
- Solid grasp of accounting principles.
- Confident with Excel/Sheets.
- Problem-solver with a mindset for improvement.
- Ability to communicate clearly with various teams.
