Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and issue monthly water bills accurately and on schedule.
Review and verify meter readings for accuracy and completeness.

Process payments, adjustments, credits, and refunds.
Maintain accurate customer account records in the billing system.
Coordinate with field staff (meter readers/maintenance) regarding service issues.
Answer phone calls, maintain filing systems, and prepare reports as needed.
Assist with recordkeeping, data entry, and document management.
Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2+ years of billing experience required; utility billing experience highly desired.
Experience with utility billing software preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Strong data entry and numerical accuracy skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
