Responsibilities
- Build, model and maintain databases that support performance analysis and business decision-making;
- Develop and enhance management dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring quality, clarity and alignment with stakeholder needs;
- Apply data storytelling, turning complex analyses into actionable insights for different levels of the organization;
- Drive automation of processes and analytical routines using tools such as Power Automate, Python and other platforms to improve efficiency and scalability;
- Manipulate and query databases using SQL, ensuring consistency, integrity and performance of information;
- Monitor and optimize automated processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and reduction of rework;
- Work cross-functionally with business teams, connecting data, technology and operational performance;
- Support area governance by structuring and monitoring indicators (KPIs), reports and management rituals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields;
- Solid experience in data analysis, performance and/or BI, including building data foundations, KPIs and dashboards;
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualizations and best practices);
- Experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying;
- Experience with process automation using Python, Power Automate or similar tools;
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into decisions;
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different areas and stakeholder levels;
- Proactive, organized and able to independently drive end-to-end deliveries.
