Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate renovation and expansion construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards;
- Propose solutions to optimize costs and timelines for renovation and expansion works;
- Ensure application of engineering and safety best practices in projects;
- Complete tracking spreadsheets and report to relevant stakeholders;
- Conduct site visits and prepare reports on properties for future works;
- Prepare cost forecasts and preliminary budgets based on the company's historical KPIs;
- Prepare competitive mapping for renovation and expansion projects;
- Manage and oversee contracts with suppliers and service providers;
- Monitor project progress using physical progress curves to track area targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
- Previous experience in construction monitoring and project management;
- Availability to travel;
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI;
- Data analysis skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills for managing tasks and controls;
- Analytical ability;
- Experience in supplier management;
- Experience with building maintenance routines;
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
