About the role

  • Analista de Performance Pleno supporting digital campaigns for Grupo Abril. Executing and analyzing marketing strategies across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, email, display media, push notifications, and internal channels);
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and project timelines;
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics (reach, clicks, CTR, conversion, and engagement);
  • Update and organize data in spreadsheets and reports;
  • Support analysis of results and A/B tests;
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and client materials;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Creative/Art, Social, CRM, and Media).

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields;
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and performance metrics;
  • Full proficiency with the main advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads);
  • Experience with paid traffic (especially in agencies or media publishers);
  • Knowledge of GA4;
  • Experience with dashboards and data analysis;
