About the role

  • Support commercial team and manage administrative tasks in the vehicle rental sector. Assist with pricing processes and maintain communication across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the activities and routines of the pre-owned vehicles commercial team, aiming to ensure incident resolution and contribute to employee satisfaction.
  • Act as a support point for the pre-owned vehicles commercial team, responding to requests via email within the established SLA;
  • Support administrative routines in the asset pricing area;
  • Monitor pricing actions with the commercial team, ensuring alignment with the defined strategy;
  • Assist in executing pricing-related processes, ensuring organization and control of information;
  • Support the updating of reports and tools used by the area;
  • Contribute to cross-departmental communication, ensuring clarity and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with management tools;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills;
  • Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple concurrent demands.
