Provide specialized knowledge and expertise in Salesforce applications and best practices to enhance the organization´s use of the platform
Ensure strong functional process understanding of Salesforce and end to end CRM processes to design scalable and business-aligned solutions
Support end users, customize, analyse requirements and develop our CRM Application Salesforce
Create automated workflows and maintain existing systems
Consults Solution Architect as technical expert to develop and optimize solution for business requirements
Requirements
Profund practical professional experience with Salesforce as well as knowledge of CRM best practices and related business processes
Ability to understand and translate end‑to‑end CRM process requirements into coherent functional and technical specifications
Expertise in Salesforce usage, user adoption and platform development
Experience in working with APIs
Advanced Apex programming skills and proficiency in technical tools such as Git, JavaScript, HTML5, LWC, SOQL and SOSL
Proficiency in English and other European languages
Flexibility for business trips up to 20 %
