About the role

  • Administrative Assistant handling internal requests and managing supplier documentation at LM Soluções de Mobilidade in Salvador, Bahia.

Responsibilities

  • Provide internal support within defined SLAs: record, prioritize, and respond to internal registration requests within the established SLA;
  • Record fiscal documents and perform manual entries of warranty invoices (NFs) for stages that have not been automated;
  • Manage municipal, state, and federal certificates and issue payment slips for fees (e.g., operating license, location) for recording and payments;
  • Perform integrated testing and validation supporting projects with registration interfaces (suppliers/materials), executing integration tests and validating system changes;
  • Update standards and provide user guidance; review and update procedures for the registration core and advise users on correct workflows;
  • Maintain supplier control and keep databases up to date, ensuring documents are accurate and available for consultation;
  • Perform maintenance and governance of the corporate registry: create records, make changes, and configure suppliers of materials and services; advise requesting departments on the correct use of items/services in requisitions.

Requirements

  • College degree completed or in progress;
  • Microsoft Office (Excel) — Intermediate level;
  • Experience in administrative activities.
