Responsibilities
You'll begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face-to-face support to our customers.
You'll learn, grow and develop within an inclusive organisation with genuine values focused on putting people first.
Transition into a range of roles such as helping customers over the phone from home.
Deliver outstanding service remotely, connecting via social media, web-chat, and remote advice video calls.
Spend a minimum of 12 months in a customer service role, mastering new skills and dealing with complex customer needs.
