About the role

  • Join Lloyds Banking Group as a part-time customer support representative in Lincoln. Provide face-to-face support while learning and growing within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Providing face-to-face support to our customers in branch
  • Learning, growing, and developing within an inclusive organisation
  • Transitioning into a range of roles such as helping customers over the phone from home
  • Delivering outstanding service remotely via social media, web-chat, and remote advice video calls
  • Mastering new skills and dealing with more complex customer needs to earn valuable accreditations
  • Exploring a wide range of career opportunities across the Group in more specialist areas including Digital, Operations, Fraud, and Financial Planning.
  • Ensuring our colleagues reflect modern society and celebrate diversity

Requirements

  • One year’s Customer service experience
  • A people person – You’ll be honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required)
  • The ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
  • The passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, acting with care and integrity – taking time to resolve queries and giving our customers confidence in the service you’re providing.
  • The commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for your customer.
  • A genuine teammate - collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure your customers' needs are met.
  • If located in in one of our hybrid locations, you will need to meet our Homeworking criteria, for example, a quiet, private room at home, stable internet connection.
