Prioritize channels, campaigns and audiences based on results
Lead campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels

Monitor budget, pacing and performance
Continuously optimize landing pages, forms and user journeys
Design A/B tests and incremental improvements
Collaborate with Content, CRM, Data and Sales teams
Ensure performance is measured by real business impact (not just media metrics)
Track metrics such as CAC, CPL, conversion and lead quality
Translate data into decisions and action plans
Coordinate internal team and external partners
Establish processes, rituals and quality standards

Experience in healthtech, SaaS, B2B or services
Experience with tracking and attribution
