Responsibilities
Create structure and standards: introduce and oversee standardized naming conventions for campaign tracking and other standards to optimize campaign analysis.
Project management communication: improve, organize, and automate cross-team processes in Monday.com.
Provide overviews and transparency: visualize complex user journeys and prepare decision templates for internal alignment.
Understand and summarize data and marketing messaging: review, collate, and prepare results and messaging from past campaigns using dashboards and documentation.
Work closely with marketing managers and other teams to advance personalization and automation and to identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements
Experience creating decision templates and overviews of processes and user journeys
Experience with automation and cross-team use of project management tools, e.g., Monday.com
Ability to visualize processes and data (e.g., screenshots, flowcharts, dashboards, AI)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, analyses)
Interest in marketing, especially digital marketing processes and personalization
Interest in dashboards and automation tools
Language skills: German at native speaker level and good English communication skills
