About the role

  • Communications intern aiding in structural branding initiatives for Acorus, focused on brand deployment across integrated companies. Engaging in audits, analysis, and recommendations for brand integration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct an audit of brand deployment
  • Analyze the presence of the Acorus brand across the various integrated entities
  • Review existing materials (sales documents, email signatures, websites, signage, social media…)
  • Compare current practices with the standards defined in the deployment guide
  • Understand how teams are adopting the brand
  • Meet with selected managers and employees
  • Analyze perception and understanding of the Acorus brand
  • Identify barriers and factors that facilitate brand adoption
  • Adapt deployment methods
  • Identify necessary adjustments according to context
  • Propose recommendations to facilitate future integrations
  • Build management tools
  • Propose KPI baselines to measure brand adoption
  • Structure a deployment tracking dashboard
  • Design an annual brand perception barometer

Requirements

  • Student in communications, marketing, brand strategy, or business school (Master’s level / Bac +4 or Bac +5)
  • Curious and analytical
  • Interested in brand strategy and corporate transformation challenges
  • Comfortable with analysis, synthesis, and structuring indicators
  • Strong writing skills
  • Able to communicate with a range of stakeholders
