About the role

  • Marketing Analyst managing and overseeing digital marketing projects at Bernoulli education, ensuring brand presence and project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing projects and initiatives: oversee medium- and high-complexity projects under your responsibility with supervision and guidance from your immediate manager, driving project execution from diagnostics, proactive analysis, or through briefings with requesting teams.
  • Manage and assign tasks to the internal creative and digital marketing teams or coordinate work with external vendors.
  • Monitor processes, perform checks and approvals, and ensure work is executed in accordance with company strategy, the briefing, budget, and deadlines.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of branding projects to support the continued growth of the brand with the market and various stakeholders.
  • Participate in campaign development by proposing strategies, ideas, actions, and creative assets to ensure a positive perception of the Bernoulli brand across digital channels.
  • Create and update website content, adjusting text and images to improve scannability and relevance, with the goal of maintaining Bernoulli’s online presence.
  • Develop monthly content calendars in collaboration with the marketing and branding teams for our channels, establishing control and routines to schedule publications and ensuring a volume of content that provides brand visibility and relevance in the digital space.
  • Continuously improve internal team processes using checklists, pre-briefings, briefings, flowcharts, hiring standards, histories, schedules, budget forecasts, and other tools to guarantee team productivity, punctuality, delivery quality, and proper record-keeping of departmental information.
  • Recommend and implement digital tools for internal and external communication, research, and monitoring, contributing to the company’s digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Specific knowledge – Broad knowledge of Digital Marketing.
  • Desirable: knowledge of Branding and brand management.
  • Knowledge of the market and vendors/suppliers.
