About the role

  • Customer Service Representative managing sea freight export operations for L.I.T. in Bremen. Ensuring smooth processing of shipments and customer consultations while collaborating with transport carriers.

Responsibilities

  • Smooth handling of sea freight export and customs clearance orders
  • Advising customers, setting terms and preparing quotations
  • Creating bookings with relevant carriers
  • Monitoring shipping schedules
  • Procurement of transport services

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, e.g., as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk
  • Ideally, initial experience in the described area
  • Good English skills (at least B2)
  • Confident use of standard MS Office applications
  • Reliable and efficient working style to confidently respond to short-term changes in daily operations
  • Team-oriented communication for close and smooth collaboration with customers, partners and internal interfaces
