About the role

  • Sales Development Representative in a hybrid setup helping D2C companies leverage influencer marketing. Engage with leads, qualify prospects, and support sales processes in a growing SaaS startup.

Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the first point of contact for new prospects and are responsible for qualifying and triaging all leads.
  • You will learn the software and understand its use cases.
  • Handle and qualify inbound leads (e.g., demo requests, website leads).
  • Proactively reach out to relevant target customers outbound (e.g., LinkedIn, email).
  • Conduct online initial conversations to analyze the current situation and needs.
  • Independently manage and close discovery-only prospects, including short, tailored demos.
  • Structure the qualification of software, accelerator, and managed-service leads.
  • Handover qualified leads with a summary and recommendation to Giannis (Head of Sales).
  • Arrange and coordinate the next steps in the sales process.
  • Actively follow up on open leads and conversations.
  • Carefully maintain and document all activities in the CRM.
  • Provide market and lead insights back to Sales and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Initial exposure to sales, sales-related roles, or customer communication
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident presence
  • Structured and reliable way of working
  • High self-motivation and enjoyment of independent work
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with fast decisions, low bureaucracy, and high personal responsibility
  • You take accountability for your areas and drive tasks responsibly and consistently
  • Interest in software, SaaS, and influencer marketing
  • Very good German, written and spoken
  • Good English for collaboration with international customers
