Responsibilities
Lead and manage the firm’s most strategically important pitches.
Oversee and drive value throughout the entire pitch lifecycle.
Provide strategic direction, efficient project management, and effective coordination with all contributors and stakeholders.
Create and maintain pitch resources; design and deliver training.
Continuously improve pitch practices and processes.
Requirements
Extensive experience in strategic pitch management within the professional services sector, preferably in a legal environment.
Proven track record in developing tailored, client-focused value propositions that differentiate from competitors.
Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to develop high-performing pitch teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex timelines and deliverables.
Experience in training and preparing partners and junior team members for pitches.
Client-facing experience, particularly in opportunity management and collecting pitch feedback.
Experience analyzing pitch feedback and outcomes to identify and implement continuous improvements.
Awareness of and interest in technologies relevant to pitching (e.g., automation and Generative AI).
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, inform and align diverse contributors and stakeholders globally.
Experience delivering internal pitch training and mentoring.
Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; advanced leadership or marketing qualifications preferred.
Very strong German and English language skills.
