Responsibilities

  • Spot opportunities: Explore the B2B market and identify client needs.
  • Build a winning strategy: Develop and manage your client portfolio.
  • Understand client challenges: Propose the right talent and solutions.
  • Unite a team of consultants: Recruit and support your consultants.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Turn opportunities into commercial successes and maintain long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer or Sales Engineer.
  • Proficient in digital prospecting techniques and associated tools.
  • Curious and attentive, able to make data and AI accessible.
  • Results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
