Responsibilities

  • Own the post-signup experience.
  • Drive expansion revenue.
  • Convert trial and free users to paying customers.
  • Save at-risk accounts worth saving.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally.
  • Build the playbook.

Requirements

  • You've done this at an early-stage company.
  • You're commercially oriented.
  • You're structured and proactive.
  • You're a clear, confident communicator.
  • You're passionate about startups and modern GTM.
