About the role

  • Junior CRM Assistant at Bequest Academy managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM processes for better client engagement. Supporting marketing and sales teams in client retention and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, segment, and organize the customer database
  • Ensure data quality in the CRM system
  • Monitor metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and churn
  • Create reports and dashboards
  • Identify opportunities to improve the sales funnel
  • Plan campaigns for: email marketing, automated flows, retention and loyalty initiatives, and reactivation of inactive customers
  • Create customer journeys
  • Develop relationship nurture sequences
  • Support sales and marketing teams by delivering and nurturing qualified leads
  • Optimize sales funnel processes

Requirements

  • Prior experience in CRM or a related area
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools for building dashboards
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems, with the ability to extract and analyze reports
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques and customer segmentation
  • Familiarity with data integrations and API usage is a plus
