Intermediate Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools for building dashboards
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems, with the ability to extract and analyze reports
Knowledge of data analysis techniques and customer segmentation
Familiarity with data integrations and API usage is a plus
