About the role

  • Assistance with inbox processing
  • Handling customer and business partner emails (ticketing system)
  • Forwarding tickets to the appropriate specialist departments
  • Reviewing and assessing inquiries and case details
  • Assisting with the preparation of customer service billing

Requirements

  • You are enrolled as a regular student at a college/university (m/f/d), regardless of field of study
  • You have a meticulous working style combined with logical reasoning skills
  • High level of personal responsibility and reliability
  • You enjoy working on a PC and have very good MS Office skills and a strong affinity for IT
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken, are required
  • For a working student position, willingness to work at least 15 hours per week (flexible scheduling Monday to Friday between 6:30 and 19:00)
