Receive customer complaints, process and, if necessary, forward them and coordinate with specialist departments
Verify incoming customer requests in BaaN (LISA) for correctness and completeness
Create repair requests, warranty claims, direct debits and credit memo requests in BaaN (LISA) and assign and monitor immediate actions for further processing of cases
Review cost estimates based on material and labor specifications
Prepare repair quotes and record orders
Monitor timely and proper order processing
Maintain data in the CAQ system to ensure full traceability of a case
Organize refurbishment processes in collaboration with suppliers
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
Professional experience in handling customer service orders desirable
Knowledge of BaaN is an advantage
CAQ knowledge is an advantage
Confident handling of ERP systems – Infor LN is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Very good written and spoken English
Additional foreign language skills advantageous
