Responsibilities
Act as liaison between the business and IT
Advise departments and business units on digital transformation
Ensure effective alignment between business and IT
Steer the development and implementation of business strategies
Identify and assess emerging IT trends and technologies
Oversee the activities of all IT units within Customer Service
Contribute to transformation initiatives
Responsible for change management projects
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with governance policies and risk management processes
Initiate and drive innovation and digitalization projects
Facilitate process workshops
Mentor consultants and architects
Represent the company at conferences and industry forums
Requirements
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in IT strategy & consulting in a similar role (e.g., Business Consultant, Business Partner) in an international environment or a larger company within related business areas (Customer Service)
Proven experience managing complex tasks in a global business environment
Advanced problem-solving skills with a holistic, technology-neutral perspective
Ability to influence decision-making without formal authority
Strategic thinking & commercial/business acumen
E2E (end-to-end) cross-functional thinking, mindset and solution design
Strong communication skills & stakeholder engagement, particularly at C-suite level
Consulting and facilitation skills (including presentations)
Adaptability & continuous learning to keep pace with industry trends and regulatory changes
Residence in Germany (no sponsorship available)
Fluent in German and English; any additional European language at B2 level or above is a plus.
