Responsibilities
Håndtere ansøgninger fra potentielle kunder, inklusiv risikovurdering af virksomheder og ejere.
Supportere nye og eksisterende kunder på mail og telefon med alt fra tekniske spørgsmål til dokumentation.
Arbejde tæt sammen med kolleger fra andre afdelinger i Clearhaus og Quickpay.
Requirements
Erfaring med kundeservice og forståelse for den gode kundeoplevelse.
Evne til at navigere i et tempofyldt miljø med komplekse opgaver.
Proaktiv og struktureret tilgang til opgaveløsning – du elsker at gå i dybden med detaljer og finde løsninger.
Stærke samarbejdsevner og god kommunikation på både dansk og engelsk.
