Responsibilities
Take ownership of the incident, change and request processes to ensure uninterrupted operational service
Analyze faults and resolve incidents at 1st and 2nd level
Enhance and maintain the Application Lifecycle Management
Ensure appropriate patch and lifecycle management in line with the ITIL framework
Manage and monitor transports as well as perform system and client copies
Enhance and maintain the identity management platform (IAG or similar)
Implement security solutions to ensure compliance requirements are met
Requirements
University degree or equivalent vocational training
Advanced knowledge in SAP Basis (including CALM (Cloud ALM) or Solution Manager, BTP, SAP4ME)
Experience with cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for tackling new and complex topics, combined with a hands-on mentality
Empathetic manner combined with strong communication skills
Independent working style and the drive to get things done
Deep understanding of need-to-know and least-privilege principles
Basic understanding and knowledge of BSI IT-Grundschutz or ISO 27001
Business-fluent German and good English skills
