About the role

  • Manager, Talent Management shaping and executing talent strategies at Libra Solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance a collaborative and innovative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-impact talent initiatives including onboarding, enterprise talent reviews, performance management processes, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with the VP to execute the strategic vision for talent management and organizational development
  • Drive projects from conception to completion with meticulous attention to detail and thorough follow-up while also considering how systems, tools and processes connect.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that span multiple departments and leadership levels **
  • Execute performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration and year-end evaluations
  • Support talent reviews with leadership teams to assess performance and succession planning
  • Analyze talent data and metrics to create meaningful reports and presentations for senior leadership
  • Refine and apply the capabilities matrix to assess and develop key skills, aligning with business needs and talent initiatives.
  • Lead meetings and rally stakeholders around talent initiatives
  • Influence without authority to drive adoption of talent processes and programs
  • Collaborate with People Operations, senior leaders, and functional leaders
  • Provide guidance on performance management and development best practices
  • Oversee end-to-end operations for assigned talent development programs
  • Ensure seamless delivery, process optimization, and measurable outcomes
  • Navigate talent management platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and supporting technology

Requirements

  • 7+ years of corporate learning and development experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Graduate or professional work or advanced degree or equivalent experience recommended
  • Deep understanding of performance review cycles, talent calibrations, and succession planning processes
  • Familiarity with career pathing frameworks
  • Exceptional project management capabilities - you're the person who makes things happen
  • High attention to detail with systematic follow-up and follow-through
  • Strong influence and communication skills across all organizational levels
