About the role

  • Senior Product Marketing Manager leading market intelligence and GTM strategies at Perk. Shaping competitive insights and product direction in the travel sector.

Responsibilities

  • You will spend 50% of your time as our Competitive & Market Intelligence Lead, turning market signals into "battle-ready" insights.
  • Synthesize market signals into clear guidance on how Perk wins.
  • Maintain actionable, seller-ready competitive documentation (utilizing AI tools like Klue, Gong or Notion AI) for our top global and regional rivals.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to empower our revenue teams with objection handling, competitive positioning, and deal-specific playbooks.
  • Translate win/loss patterns and Gong insights into clear commercial actions that improve competitive win rate.
  • Lead the shift from reactive battlecards to a proactive, AI-enabled intelligence system.
  • Deliver a comprehensive analysis of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Market Fit Map, that clarifies where we win, where we lose, and where we should not play.
  • Conduct regular product-market fit reviews and market share analysis to identify whitespace and "right to win opportunities globally.
  • You will be the PMM lead for 5 dedicated product squads, managing global releases end-to-end.
  • Craft compelling, commercially grounded positioning that answers the “so what?” for our ICP.
  • Translate launches into field-ready messaging, objection handling, and business cases that equip sellers to win CFO-level conversations.
  • Partner with Product Ops and Revenue to track adoption, identify friction, and refine messaging and positioning where features are not sticking.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing.
  • You don't just execute; you influence.
  • Proven track record of using intelligence to change a sales narrative or pivot a product roadmap.
  • You are naturally curious and tech-savvy.
  • Eager to leverage AI to automate competitive tracking and data synthesis.
  • Comfortable challenging Product Managers and Sales VPs.
  • You can say "no" to a low-impact launch to protect the "so what" for the customer.
  • Comfortable in Looker and Excel.
  • Investigate *why* features aren't sticking and propose the strategic fix.
  • Organized enough to manage the communication overhead of 5 different squads without letting the quality of the narrative slip.
