Senior Account Executive responsible for establishing Vizzia's Safety product presence in the UK market. Focused on strategic sales, partnerships, and achieving significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Drive the zero-to-one phase for the UK market with our New Market Team
Kick-off commercial outreach and set the foundations for UK
Conduct 100 meetings in your first 3 months to identify the right pitch, key decision-makers, and pain points, and to generate qualified leads
Close around 10 contracts to reach €350K ARR
Manage 4–6 month complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Adapt Vizzia’s sales playbook for the UK market; messaging, sales methods, prospecting sequences, and field learnings to lay the foundation for a scalable team
Requirements
Proven track record in complex sales within a fast-growing environment (sales cycles >4-6 months, average deal size >€30K, annual targets >€400K, and familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies, strategic & mid-market), including pre-sales
Experience working in an English-speaking country (ideally UK) and native-level English
Experience as a first sales/country opener in an English-speaking market is a plus
Experience selling to public authorities is a plus
Based in London, with a willingness to travel to our HQ in Paris regularly
