Sales Consultant for B2B School Groups developing partnerships with German schools for study abroad programs. Managing B2B sales cycle and building long-term relationships with educational partners.
Responsibilities
Desarrollar y gestionar asociaciones B2B con escuelas, colegios y instituciones educativas en Alemania
Prospectar, negociar y cerrar acuerdos para traer grupos de estudiantes para programas de estudio en el extranjero
Gestionar todo el ciclo de ventas B2B, desde la generación de leads y el contacto hasta el cierre de contratos y seguimiento
Representar a la empresa en reuniones (online y en persona) con directores de escuelas, coordinadores y tomadores de decisiones
Crear y ejecutar estrategias de contacto para atraer nuevas escuelas asociadas
Apoyar a las escuelas con presentaciones de programas, propuestas y soluciones a medida para programas grupales
Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos para asegurar la alineación operativa y la excelente entrega para grupos escolares
Construir relaciones a largo plazo basadas en la confianza con los socios, asegurando negocios recurrentes
Requirements
Nacionalidad alemana requerida
Hablante nativo de alemán
Experiencia comprobada en ventas B2B, preferiblemente en educación, programas de intercambio, turismo o servicios internacionales
Fuerte experiencia en ventas a escuelas, instituciones o clientes corporativos
Excelentes habilidades de negociación, presentación y gestión de relaciones
Dominio avanzado del inglés, idiomas adicionales son una ventaja
Alto nivel de autonomía, organización y orientación a resultados
Benefits
Salario base mensual de €14,10/hora + comisión en contratos grupales B2B cerrados: €500 - €2,000
