Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of complex accounts and drive sales growth through proactive engagement
Upsell and cross-sell electrical products and value-added services
Develop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company targets
Collaborate with outside sales and marketing teams to align goals and strategies
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions
Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive pricing, and product innovations
Report on customer feedback and market insights to management
Mentor junior sales staff and support team development
Lead initiatives to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in electrical distribution or construction
Strong knowledge of sales administration and CRM systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software tools
Experience handling complex accounts and closing high-value deals
CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)
Lead generation and pipeline management

Technical understanding of electrical products
