Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, driving accountability
Mentor and develop New Home Consultants, setting clear goals
Foster a collaborative sales environment and open communication
Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback
Oversee all aspects of the sales department and adapt strategies
Visit communities weekly for on-site leadership and assess operations
Lead promotional events to drive community engagement
Facilitate and lead sales meetings ensuring team alignment
Monitor mortgage statuses and manage closing processes
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to resolve concerns
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years in residential sales, sales management, or real estate management
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Experience working for a homebuilder in New Home Sales is strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage conflict and maintain professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales management software.
