Responsibilities
Supports innovation, process adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and technology.

Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of work experience with business systems, sales, or support roles.
Proficient in customer relationship management, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with applications such as Sharepoint, Power BI, D365, EQAI, AESOP, and others.
Salesforce or Project Management Certification.
Experience developing business requirements to support customization of customer relationship management systems to enhance and improve operational process workflows.
Experience utilizing Traditional and Agile Project Management methodologies.
