Responsibilities
Support the sales team with day-to-day operations
Maintain and manage customer and dealer records
Prepare and follow up on quotes and orders
Assist with communication with dealers and business partners
Create and prepare analyses, reports and presentations
General administrative tasks in the back office
Support the optimization of internal sales processes
Requirements
Enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Business Psychology or similar)
Structured, careful and reliable working style
Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace
Numerical and process-oriented thinking
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Initial experience in sales, back office or e‑commerce is a plus but not required
