About the role

  • Sales Specialist at Hitachi Energy leading business development and customer engagement in Nordics. Focused on market segments like data centers, hydrogen, and e-mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large sales opportunities and Capture Teams supported by Global team of professionals
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships throughout the business and with customers in Nordics
  • Implement Global strategy in the Nordics and ensure business development and sales growth in the market
  • Ensure profitable growth in the country by maximizing geographic coverage and channel penetration
  • Conduct customer engagement in Nordics

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar
  • Experience from key customer segments, e.g., Datacenters, Industry, Transport or Renewables is a plus
  • Ability to solve problems and think outside the box to achieve the best results.
  • Organized, systematic and able to work against deadlines and within different processes.
  • Good communication skills in Finnish and English.
