About the role

  • Sales Assistant responsible for client prospecting and collaboration with the marketing and sales team at CIGAM. Involved in using technology and CRM tools to optimize lead distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a pre-sales assistant, prospecting new clients and maintaining coordination with the network's marketing and sales teams.
  • Conduct client prospecting (via telemarketing, market research) using AI tools and the CIGAM CRM.
  • Distribute leads according to the Partner distribution rules.

Requirements

  • MINIMUM: High school diploma
  • PREFERRED: University studies in progress
  • Experience in client prospecting
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service and satisfaction, and telemarketing
  • Conceptual knowledge of the CIGAM ERP
  • Technical knowledge of the CRM and Market Research module
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proficiency with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook)
