Responsibilities

  • Inherit a strong account management team and provide mentorship
  • Recruit and train new account executives / sales reps
  • Run the sales department with discipline using established EOS meeting rhythms
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and align with revenue goals

Requirements

  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Ability to mentor and support an account management team
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and accountability frameworks
