About the role

  • Customer Success Manager ensuring long-term customer engagement for Lease a Bike's bike leasing services. Focused on onboarding, training, and support for customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Success Manager you are our face to the customer to ensure long-term retention and success and to make Lease a Bike the most popular employee benefit at our partner companies.
  • You are responsible for building and maintaining a close, long-term partnership with customers.
  • For new customers you manage the rollout of the bike leasing process and our portal to enable quick time-to-value.
  • You plan and host customer and employee events online (webinars) or on-site and involve our partners from brick-and-mortar bike retailers.
  • You provide advice on all matters related to employee bike leasing, employee benefits and mobility services and act as a competent point of contact for our customers.
  • You support the exchange of experience, process optimizations and the development of new strategies in collaboration with the team.
  • You increase leasing rates through the implementation of targeted sales strategies.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business administration and/or completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in Customer Success or Key Account Management.
  • Ideally, you already have knowledge of mobility services and employee benefits.
  • A high degree of self-organization, commitment, resilience and a strong sense of responsibility characterize you.
  • You embrace agile values, promote open communication and have a good sense of team dynamics.
  • You enjoy creating and delivering presentations, both online and in person.
  • You have excellent communication skills (German/English), a strong service orientation and are a team player.
  • You are used to working toward targets and documenting your results and achievements.
