About the role

  • Senior Consultant Salesforce CRM working on analysis and configuration of scalable Salesforce solutions. Focused on customer consultations in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes in Sales, Marketing, and Service
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture discussions
  • Design system architectures, data models, and security concepts
  • Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and/or marketing automation tools
  • Responsible for technical implementation, solution design, and quality assurance
  • Provide functional/technical leadership in projects
  • Act as a sparring partner for Product Owners and technical teams
  • Responsible for effort estimations, concept approvals, and technical roadmaps
  • Train customer teams and administrators
  • Create concepts, documentation, and best-practice guides
  • Support pre-sales activities (pitches, proposal concepts, presentations)

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science, IT, business administration, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, or Solution Architect
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Experience Cloud is a plus
  • Experience with integrations, complex data structures, and automations (Flows; basic understanding of Apex is an advantage)
  • Confident presence in workshops and client meetings
  • Enjoy customer interaction and solution-oriented consulting, and have a strong team spirit
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and understandably
  • Passion for new, innovative methods and technologies
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder
  • Fluent in German; strong written and spoken English
