You will be in direct contact with our customers and will resolve potential issues either independently or in collaboration with our development team.
You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor and help customers roll out additional vision checkout instances.
You will propose concrete measures for the successful deployment and use of the vision checkout and respond to a variety of situations using our software.
You will create reports on system performance and communicate them to the team.
You will identify sources of problems and raise feature requests with our development team.
You will prepare and run workshops aimed at improving our internal processes and increasing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
You are a currently enrolled student and speak fluent German.
You are willing to travel occasionally within Europe to visit our customers.
You are outgoing and a strong communicator.
You have a structured and independent working style that allows you to handle new daily challenges.
You remain calm and motivated even in stressful situations.
You have a basic interest in learning more about computer vision and machine learning.
